最近很多朋友打來查詢我們觀塘共享辦公室 Amphi Studios ，問有沒有獨立辦公室出租，小編說有的，接著客人(不止1人)問這裡附近的工作配套如何，小編問你所指是除了共享辦公室的獨立辦公室環境外，還想了解附近周邊有什麼店舖和餐廳之類。   小編就這個問題，整理成一編文章為大家分享所知道的信息，希望能幫助大家了解更多，不竟租用辦公室都需要1年，不是用開觀塘區就很多不了解!我們會像導遊方式帶大家分享! 事不延遲，現在就跟大家分享coworking space Amphi Studios 以外的資料:   我們可以由觀塘地鐵站B1出口直落見到中國銀行對面馬路是APM，多條巴士線在內，包括過境巴士。旁邊是有名的觀塘廣場，裡面小食林立，很多手機及電子產品。行前些是香港賽馬會，轉左便是我們的成業街。成業街左是單門號，右是雙門號，先介紹對面雙門號對面街先見到有: 疊喜居酒樓 壽司郎 大家樂 文具佬   大新銀行 淘多多 日本城 西藥鋪 權發 豪皇點心 地盤工作中會改為精品酒店近我們日昇中心是單門號。   成業街左是單門號:香港賽馬會轉入其實是觀塘廣場的停車場入口，多層可泊，價錢是$28/時左右。行前是東廣場 (E-Plaza)，裡面多間餐廳: 吉野家 星巴克 Mos Burger 大快活 Comfy by Chef’s Stage 川婆婆 豪宴薈 雲桂香米線專門店 天仁茗茶   東廣場直行是，華成工業中心，喜歡玩具店或卡牌可上去找找。 接著是成運工業大廈，有間小王子餐廳行前是成業工業大廈，有很多有名餐廳，秋意(觀塘) ，Four O Five，小城大廚 ，海潮食堂等…很多跨區來這些餐廳。   最後紫色那座大廈是成業街日昇中心，(觀塘有3個日昇中心,不要去錯!)注意進入大廈可選停車場進入，或最好是行前幾步見大廈正式大堂入口，會舒適多些。   其實由觀塘地鐵站B1出口行來我們日昇中心只需4-5分鐘路程。非常方便。   彩蛋介紹:日昇中心再行前對面就是有名的翠屏河花園，公園裡有一大片草坪。公園上層設有觀景台和有頂棚的休息區。很多上班族中午都來這裡。再過就是 #麗港城住宅區了。…
