Whether you shop online or in-store at our co-working space, having made a purchase with us means you have read and agreed to these terms of service, Delivery terms (if applicable) and Exchange/ Refund terms.
Note by using our website, registering or using our service, you agree to also be bound by our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms.
A copy of your order or purchase receipt is required should you wish to make an product exchange or refund with us. For environmental reasons, we don’t always print hard copies in-store, so please inform an Amphi staff your email address so that a copy can be sent to you if required.
Product descriptions are in reference to those provided by our vendors. Amphi Studios does not guarantee its accuracy. Any questions please inquire with an Amphi staff first.
Note there may be color differences between the product images and actual product and are not valid reasons for product exchange nor refunds.
Coffee Pass/ Day Pass Purchases:
Having purchased our Coffee Pass and/ or Day Pass means you have read and agreed to our Coffee/ Day Pass General Terms and Conditions.
Coffee/ Day Pass can only be used during Amphi Studios’ operation hours (Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm), unless specially arranged with and authorized by an Amphi staff.
A Pass is required per user. Please purchase for your guest(s) as well.
Proof of Coffee/ Day Pass purchase is required when you check-in at reception prior start of using our space and services. If you purchase a Pass for someone else, please let us know in advance so we can identify them upon check-in at reception.
Please remember to book online the date and time you intend to use your purchased Coffee Pass and/ or Day Pass for a guaranteed hotdesk space. Walk-ins are welcomed but subject to availability.
Additional space usage and/ or use of our services such as printer/copier service may incur additional charges.
Note Coffee Pass and Day Pass have a 30-day validity from date of purchase. Expired passes cannot be used, exchanged nor refunded.
Amphi Studios can immediately terminate its service and request Pass users to leave the space without any compensation due to inappropriate behavior and/ or breach of our terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, the decision from Amphi Studios shall be final.
DELIVERY TERMS
You can choose to either pickup products from Amphi Studios co-working space, or have goods delivered to you by SF Express which is to be paid by you, the recipient, to the courier company when receiving the goods.
Pick Up from Amphi Studios:
- After completing your purchase online where you chose to pick up your order, an Amphi staff will email you when your order is ready for pick up.
- Pick up address: Unit 608, 6F, Sunbeam Centre, 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong.
- Pick up time is to be during operation hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm).
Deliver by SF Express:
- After completing your purchase online where you chose deliver by SF Express, we will email you when your order has been picked up by SF Courier along with courier tracking number.
- We will do our utmost to process orders for dispatch within 3 business days. However, delivery status is subject to SF Courier. Delivery time and date cannot be specified. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Amphi Studios shall not be liable for any delay caused by the courier or client.
- Any changes to delivery details after order has been dispatched, delayed delivery and/ or re-delivery requests by the client may incur additional charges by SF Courier which are to be paid by the client.
- Note currently we only offer SF Express delivery service within Hong Kong.
- Any delivery issues or complaints please contact SF Courier directly.
EXCHANGE/ REFUND TERMS
Once payment has been processed, all products are non-refundable unless out of stock.
A copy of your order or purchase receipt is required should you wish to make an exchange or refund with us. For environmental reasons, we don’t always print hard copies in-store, so please inform an Amphi staff your email address so that a copy can be sent to you if required.
Final sale items and/ or any damaged, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some products sold are natural products which may vary slightly in color, smell or size, and therefore returns or refunds for such reasons will not be accepted. Please read product descriptions carefully prior purchase.
Exchange and/ or refund terms does not apply to any personal reasons such as incorrect purchase, product dislike, failure to read product description, incorrect use, mad-made damage, personal allergy/ sensitivity, etc.
Should you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, you have 5 days from date of shipment to contact us via email or Whatsapp to request for product exchange. Order number/ receipt copy, contact number and proof of incorrect or defective product may be requested. No exchanges, returns nor refunds will be made after 5 days from date of shipment.
In the event of an exchange, all packaging and labels must be retained, and the customer must return to Amphi Studios with receipt within 5 days from date of exchange confirmation.
Exchanges are limited to products of the same style, color and quantity, unless there are special circumstances.
Amphi Studios reserves the right to make the final decision whether products purchased are deemed returnable for exchange or refund.
In case of dispute, the decision by Amphi Studios shall be final.
