Amphi Studios (“Amphi,” “We,” or “Our”) is owned and operated by Lilee Design Company Limited, is committed to protecting your privacy and providing clear terms for using our services. These General Terms & Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Amphi Studios’ coworking spaces, event spaces, and related amenities (“Services”), as well as how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By accessing our physical space, website (amphistudios.com), or using our Services, you (“Member,” “Customer,” “Authorized Representative,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the below following Terms & Conditions that is most relevant to you as communicated in our booking form and/ or agreement you sign and commit to in becoming our member and/ or to use our services and facilities.

 

We may update these Website Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for accessing our property or services, when necessary, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms and any changes.

  1. Services Provided
    Amphi Studios provides short-term access to coworking spaces, event spaces, and related amenities for a fee. Your use constitutes a prepaid license, not a tenancy.

 

  1. Use of Service & Acceptable Use
    You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable regulations and without infringing upon the rights of others. You will not provide fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate data. You agree to use the space and Services legally and ethically. You will not:
  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Generate offensive, abusive, or hateful content.
  • Distribute illegal or prohibited information.Amphi reserves the right to reject, suspend, alter, remove, or disclose data that violates these Terms or is necessary to protect Amphi or others, or if required by law.Information provided by Amphi is for general guidance only. You are responsible for verifying its accuracy and suitability for your specific purposes.

    Amphi may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or technical reasons, with reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

 

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Individuals under 18 require express permission and parental consent acceptable to Amphi’s discretion.

 

  1. Account Information
    Your account is non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and notifying us of any changes. Corporate accounts may only be used by authorized personnel.You must immediately notify Amphi of any security breaches, such as unauthorized use of your password. You are responsible for third-party use of your account unless due to Amphi’s fault.

    We collect personal data that you provide or create when you use our Services. The personal data could be collected directly from you by phone, fax or email, registration on internet and/ or on mobile application or other application, order form or contact. We also may collect personal data from person who makes an application for employment.Your personal data will be collected and stored if you visit our website and submit a business enquiry concerning the potential use of our Services, submit an enquiry for a meeting room, or purchase a service plan from us online. Such data will be used to initiate and finalise a contract between us for the provision of our business services.We may collect supplemental information about you from third parties. For example: (a) if you incur a debt to us, we will generally conduct a credit check by obtaining additional information about you from a credit reference agency, as permitted by law; (b) if you register to use our services on a third party website, or use a third party website providing a service for us, that website may provide personal information about you and your transactions back to us.

  • Nothing in your agreement with us in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited.
  • You must give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are potentially liable before you incur any costs remedying the matter yourself.
  • The aggregate monetary liability of the Amphi Parties will not exceed the invoiced total fees paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
  • The Amphi Parties are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, reliance, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, goodwill or reputation or business interruption or loss of data.
  • You will indemnify the Amphi Parties from claims resulting from any breach of this Agreement or any actions or omissions, except to the extent a claim results from the gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud of the Amphi Parties.
  • You are responsible for damages caused by your guests and vendors.
  • Amphi Parties shall not be liable for any obligations arising out of a settlement made without its prior written consent.

 

  1. Act of God
    Neither party is liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, excluding payment obligations. If our Service is unavailable for more than 14 days, you may cancel this agreement.

 

  1. Transfer
    Amphi may transfer its rights or duties under this agreement, provided your rights are not prejudiced. You may not transfer your rights or duties without our prior written consent.

 

  1. Accessing and Rectifying Personal Data
    You can access and rectify your personal data by contacting us by the means shown on our website. We may charge an administration fee in line with data protection laws.

 

  1. Policy Changes
    Amphi Studios reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time.     You hereby represent and warrant that at all times you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations in accordance with all laws that prohibit commercial or public bribery and money laundering (the “Anti-Money Laundering Laws”), and that all funds which you will use to comply with your payments obligations under this Agreement will be derived from legal sources, pursuant to the provisions of Anti-Money Laundering Laws. You will provide us with all information and documents that we from time to time may request in order to comply with all Anti-Money Laundering Laws.

 

  1. Language
    The English version prevails in case of conflict.
