Does Amphi Studios offer Hot Desk Pass or membership plan options? 你們有提供流動辦公桌或辦公桌通行証的預訂服務嗎？
Yes, we do. We provide Coffee or Day Passes tailored for single-visit remote workers and freelancers, and Day Pass Plan memberships for longer stay users. Simply purchase a Pass online or at reception. For a guaranteed seat, reserve online.

When can I come to use your hotdesk to work? 我什麼時候可以來使用你們的共享辦公桌工作？
Amphi Studios is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (except public holidays). Whether you need to work a few hours or a full day at our spacious hotdesk, or take a conference meeting call in our private phone booth, our vibrant open workspace is yours to enjoy throughout our staffed business hours.

Expect to feel inspired, focus and to work in comfort. Aside from our friendly service, ergonomic desk setup and high-speed, secure WIFI, you will also have access to our sound-reducing private phone booth, breakout lounge, pantry amenities and a vibrant workspace designed to reduce stress and ignite creativity.

Can I bring guests with me? 我可以帶客人一起來嗎？
Each pass represents one attendee. Therefore aside from purchasing a Pass for yourself, you must purchase a Pass per guest, regardless how short or long your guest stays.

Can I register my business at Amphi Studios? 我可以在Amphi Studios註冊我的公司嗎？
A Coffee or Day Pass or Pass Membership Plans provides you with physical access to work at our vibrant open workspace, but does NOT include business address registration service. Should you require a premium corporate presence and professional business address, our Virtual Office plans are the perfect solution. They allow you to use our Kwun Tong address for company registration and mail handling while you work from anywhere.
咖啡通行證、日票或日票會員計畫可讓您實際使用我們充滿活力的開放式辦公空間，但不包含公司地址註冊服務。如果您需要高端企業形象和專業的公司地址，我們的虛擬辦公室計劃是您的理想之選。此計劃可讓您使用我們位於觀塘的地址進行公司註冊和郵件處理，同時讓您隨時隨地辦公。
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my Pass/ Hotdesk reservation? 如果我需要取消或更改我的 Pass/共享辦公桌預訂怎麼辦？
We do NOT refund any Pass or Membership Plans once payment is received, including no refunds for cancellations, reservation lateness/ absences, or expired Pass or Membership Plans. You can reschedule hotdesk reservations 2 business days prior your booking date and time, providing rescheduling is within your Pass or Membership Plan validity period. Rescheduling requests are only deemed valid when confirmed by us.
一旦收到付款，我們不予退款，包括取消預訂、預訂遲到/缺席以及通行證/會員計劃過期等情況。您可以在預訂日期和時間前兩個工作天更改共享辦公桌預訂，前提是更改後的日期和時間仍在您的通行證或會員計劃有效期內。更改預訂的請求只有在我們確認後才有效。
